Alicia is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience across emergency, intensive care, outpatient, and transitional care settings. She has cared for patients with complex medical needs including heart failure, diabetes, post-surgical recovery, and acute injuries, guiding them through some of the most overwhelming moments of their healthcare journeys.
Throughout her career, Alicia saw firsthand how patients and families were discharged with instructions, but without true understanding, follow-up, or advocacy. Privé Concierge Nursing was created to close that gap.
As a concierge nurse and care coordinator, Alicia provides personalized healthcare navigation, hospital-to-home transition support, and ongoing care coordination tailored to each client’s needs. She serves as a clinical guide, advocate, and trusted point of contact helping clients understand their care plans, communicate with providers, and avoid unnecessary complications.
Alicia is known for her calm, thorough approach, strong clinical judgment, and ability to simplify complex medical information so clients feel confident and supported.
