Our Policies
Inclement Weather Policy
Safety First: The safety of both the Client and Privé Concierge Nursing, LLC is our highest priority. In the event of inclement weather such as heavy snow, ice storms, flooding, or severe storms that makes travel unsafe or significantly impedes our ability to provide services, the following provisions apply:
Postponement or Cancellation: Privé Concierge Nursing, LLC may, at its discretion and in consultation with the Client, postpone or cancel scheduled services. We will make every effort to provide reasonable notice of any changes.
Rescheduling: If services are postponed due to inclement weather, we will work with the Client to reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds: If services are canceled before any care has been provided due to inclement weather, the Client will receive a full refund of any monies paid. Please refer to the Refund Policy section for further details.
Travel Delays: If weather causes significant travel delays impacting timely service delivery, we will notify the Client as soon as possible.
Package Policy
All hours included in each package must be used during a single visit. Unused hours do not carry over to future appointments.
Billing and Financial Policy
Privé Concierge Nursing, LLC is a private pay practice and does not submit claims to insurance providers.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Failure to remit payment within this timeframe will result in cancellation of the appointment.
Payment Methods: We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Receipts: A receipt for services will be provided upon payment.
Agreement: By scheduling services, the Client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this payment policy.
Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client:
More than 7 days before the scheduled service date: Full refund minus any credit card processing fees.
Within 3 days of the scheduled surgery date: Client is responsible for 50% of the total fee.
Extenuating Circumstances: At Privé Concierge Nursing, LLC’s sole discretion, a partial or full refund (minus processing fees) may be offered for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Cancellation by Privé Concierge Nursing, LLC: If we must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (except Force Majeure events), the Client will receive a full refund, including any credit card processing fees.
No Refunds for Services Rendered: Refunds are not provided for services already delivered, including transportation, home visits, or nursing care.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for delays or failures to perform obligations under this agreement caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, civil unrest, and government actions.
